RESUMO

The article deals with the issues of human resources management of a private medical organization. The author investigates the current state of the staffing of Russian healthcare: the provision of specialists in the healthcare system, professional motivation and prospects for the development of private medicine. In recent years, a system of private medical organizations has been formed in the Russian market of medical services, which provide medical care in parallel with state medical structures. Research in the field of human resource management in healthcare of a theoretical and practical nature shows that the problem of personnel shortage in the field of medicine is urgent and needs to be solved. One of the factors of insufficient staffing of medical organizations is the underinvestment of the healthcare industry over a long period and low preparedness for emergency situations and response to them, which has worsened under the influence of the rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic. In conclusion, it is concluded that the main task of the effective functioning of a medical organization and the provision of high-quality medical services is the management of human resources. The purpose of this study is to consider the issues of human resources management of a private medical organization.

RESUMO

The development of telemedicine and the provision of medical care using remote technologies requires appropriate competencies and skills from medical specialists, the formation of which is an important task of adapting educational systems to modern challenges and responding to requests from both medical staff and patients. Based on the analysis of foreign scientific publications, the paper considers the assessment of the need to train medical workers in remote work with patients and the prospects for the introduction of telemedicine consultations into everyday professional practice. It is concluded that having more knowledge about which aspects of medicine are best combined with telemedicine, it is important to train future medical professionals in the use of these technologies and the provision of these types of medical care. Doctors should not only be trained in the use of telemedicine, but also learn how to do it professionally, safely and on the basis of evidence.

RESUMO

The article discusses the development of telemedicine technologies. It is noted that throughout history, technological revolutions have destroyed the workforce, creating new forms and models of work, making others obsolete and leading to broader changes in society, and digital technologies have developed faster than any innovation in recent history. By the method of content analysis of thematic publications, a review of the country practice of implementing telemedicine technologies in national health systems was carried out. It is concluded that telemedicine is an excellent tool for use in the health sector, reducing inequality and providing access to medical services. RESUMO

The purpose of the study presented in this paper is to consider the attitude of senior citizens (aged 65 years and older) to telemedicine technologies and their readiness to use them.Telemedicine has become widespread in recent years, and its use will expand in the near future. Telemedicine technologies have proved to be an effective tool for solving a number of problems: providing access to medical consultations, prompt response of medical workers to patient requests, monitoring of health indicators, etc. However, the prevalence of the use of these technologies is differentiated in different age groups. Due to the fact that elderly citizens are not active users of digital gadgets, the introduction of telemedicine technologies into their daily practice of taking care of their own health is in many ways difficult.

RESUMO

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the Russian healthcare in terms of the pace and quality of digitalization lags behind the healthcare systems of other developed and developing countries. The low level of digital literacy of medical staff does not allow them to develop the proper level of competencies for working with high-tech equipment, software applications and various telemedicine services. This, in turn, reduces both the quality and efficiency of medical care for the population. The purpose of the article is to develop a profile of digital competence of medical staff. The methodology of the article is based on the use of methods of statistical analysis of public data and sociological research. The sample of the sociological study was formed from medical staff in the regions of Moscow, Tula, Bryansk and Sverdlovsk. The pace and level of digitalization of the Russian healthcare is several orders of magnitude lower than the healthcare systems of the United States, South Korea, Japan and some other OECD countries. The development of digital competencies and a high level of digital literacy are observed among those medical workers who, firstly, operate in high-tech medical organizations, and, secondly, among those medical workers whose organizations are located close to regional economic centers. Russian healthcare needs additional investments, which can be directed both to digitalization and to the development of digital literacy of medical staff. To assess digital literacy, a special digital competence profile of middle and senior medical personnel was developed.
